I'm unable to process refunds for opened and used beauty products, due to sanitary reasons.

Rose Queen Cosmetics is not responsible for any packages after they have been shipped or delivered. Package loss is out of my control once it leaves my care. So please be sure to double check your shipping address for accuracy when placing your order. In the event that a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping to the correct address. Thank you for your understanding.
